I have (4) 2.5 week old chicks. Two EE and two BO. Everyone seems happy and healthy but I have not seen ANY pecking at each other. They snuggle up and sleep and preen each other. At most they'll chase each other when one has treats or bump into each other while flying. Is it normal to have chicks get along so well?

Enjoy it while it lasts. As they get older they will start belly bopping like sumo wrestlers and pecking at each other. I have even seen the girls jump on each other off the roosts when the other bird walks under the roost. Teenagers are so much fun.

Yep, it's normal. I have one lovey dovey flock (my brahmas), always taking care of each other; very easy-going. Another flock of mixed breeds, never really any fighting, but they are the grumpiest biddies when they don't feel like being friendly.
