Is one a Roo? 16 weeks old...RIR or Production Reds??? HELP!!!

Here they are together...16 weeks old--unsure if one is Roo--Please help so I can decide what to do if he IS a boy

I hope y'all can see these pictures...first time doing this!!

The top one I suspect will lay eggs one day, the middle one I think is a Roo and the bottom is for comparison. they are same age--

If they're 16 weeks old then they're all pullets. That headgear isn't big enough to be a roo of that age, plus he would probably be crowing by now too.

I'm not sure on the breed though.

Thank you!! I hope they start laying soon--I'm hoping by Thanksgiving, maybe Christmas? I get different views on when...it's all a waiting game for my lil girl!!!

I think they're hens. I used to have a RIR roo and his comb and wattles were bigger than yours by the time he was just 8-10 weeks old.

Probably both pullets but the one in the 2nd pic could be a late blooming' boy.
