Is our black cochin a rooster?

Hi all,
I'm brand new to the forum, although my wife isn't, hence my handle. Anyway we have an assortment of chickens and ages. We got these 4 (2 cochins, 2 araucanas) in April, we think they were born the first part of February, so 12 weeks or so. The big question: Is the black cochin a rooster? We pretty much think so, but want confirmation. Here is a pic of him:

We'd like to keep him but I think Dudley would not appreciate it:

Given the breeds , you might find that they get along. The bigger problem would be the stress it puts on your hens.

yes.. sure looks like
if you keep each roo in their
pen with their own roomate they would be less stress
thats what I have done I have a cochins.

Yep, Roo. I don't think dudley would be too upset. My cochin roo was very laid back and even with only 12 hens, he got along with other roos just fine. There will always be one dominate roo, and one subordinate.
Of course, if Dudley's just too crabby, you can always send your pretty cochin roo to me...
