Is our hen a Black Orpington or a Black Australorp?

Hello!
I have been assuming our hen, Mumble, is a Black Orpington, but I'm not entirely sure. We got her "accidentally" at Tractor Supply, which only has the Buff variety of Orpington, and no other variety. At the same time, Tractor Supply does have Black Australorps, but I see Mumble as too Orpington-like to be one, though it could be possible. I want to confirm what Mumble exactly is! Any idea?

Mumble lays tan or brown eggs and has a rose comb. I don't know if that will help or not, because both the Black Orpington and Black Australorps have those traits, but I think it does.

Here's some backstory on how we got Mumble:

We ordered (via phone call) ten California Grays at Tractor Supply. Upon receiving them, we ended up with only five California Grays and five others that we have no idea the breed of. One ended up being a cock, too. 🤦‍♀️ In those five mystery chickens, we got Mumble. The odd thing is that, at the time, no black breeds were available in the Tractor Supply chick bins (unless they had mixed California Grays with some other breed). Therefore, we can't exactly narrow it down to which Tractor Supply breeds Mumble could have came from.

Moral of the story: don't buy chicks from Tractor Supply on April Fool's Day. 🤣

Hello.. wanted to tell you.. I love "mumble" I just lost my little girl "Ginger" to a preditor. I'm beyond devastated. I've been looking for a little girl that resembled her. Rose comb, black feathers and the other difference was dark feet. And you have Gingers clone.. what tractor supply did you get her at? Right now I need that April fools joke more than ever.. any how. Thank you for your time.. God bless.

This was a very old post, I had forgotten about this. I am sorry for your loss. I will not say which Tractor Supply I got Mumble at because I would then be telling you where I live. And you will have a very low chance of randomly picking chicks at Tractor Supply and getting one that looks like Mumble or Ginger. You can try breeding chickens of your own to try to duplicate Ginger's appearance. Mumble is a mixed breed, but looks to me like she would mainly have Orpington and Wyandotte in her genetics.

Mumble likely came from a one-time breeding mix-up at Hoover's Hatchery, where two chickens of different breeds mated with each other. Mumble's exact mix is probably never going to be produced again in another Hoover's Hatchery mix-up.

Also, why did I ever think Mumble was a Black Orpington or a Black Australorp? I was dumb two years ago.

We have some hens that look like that. We hatched them at our house though so they are mixes.
The mom was a barred rock and we think the dad was a Black Cochin.

Almost looks like my black Bovans
Not my pic
