is our hen a cockerel and do you know what breed she is??

this is my Araucana hen which we think could b a cockerel. she hasn't been cokodoodledoing but making all the other sounds that our sultan cockerel makes. she has long legs and is very nervous all the time. does she look like a cockerel to you? also she is suposed to lay blue eggs if that helpes with the breed.
