is parsley ok to feed chickens

    hi all, i wanted to get a few opinions....i used to feed my chickens in florida, parsley that i grew for them. i never had any problems. i have more parsley now that i grow and i have heard that it might not be good for them.
    doea anyone else feed their hens parsley?

    I prefer a little cilantro and cayenne pepper on my birds. Even a little jalapeno jelly can be......oh, wait a minute...opps! I misread your posting!

    In all seriousness, I am beginning to believe that you can give chickens anything you want. If they don't like it, or if it's not good for them (poisonous), they won't eat it.
