I was told to try and give my ducklings some electrolytes since one keeps getting stuck on his back. Wondering if pedialyte is safe?

It's perfectly safe, but they are unlikely to drink it on their own. Refresh my memory, what are you feeding them and which vitamin b supplement did you get?

Purina Flock Raiser and liquid b complex which has 20mg per 1ml and I give them around 200mg in their water of it since they spill it and there's 2 of them. If I knew how to direct dose them I would.

If you just put a few drops at a time into the bill give it time to swallow then do it again till the dropper is empty I think you can do that. Wrap the duckling in a towel so it doesn't struggle.
I know one way CJ would give her ducklings the B complex was putting it over mealworms just enough to gobble down or peas you'd have to smash the peas a little but either of these ways might work.

Do you already have Pedialyte? If not, I would get the save a chick at a farm supply store. I got the electrolytes and probiotics. Offer them plain water and the electrolytes/probiotics water in separate dishes.
