Is purified mineral water safe for incubating eggs?

There's literally no information on this water, in incubators.
Hopefully someone who has used it will let me know it's okay.

Distilled water is free of contaminants and it prevents mineral deposits in the incubators. Such deposits allow bacteria to grow.

I read that, when I searched. Had to do with tap water, which is what I've used many times.
