Is Rosie a roo?

My hen Rosie is looking suspiciously like she may in fact be a Rooster. She was hatched in mid April, her comb has recently become more red and today I noticed her hackle feathers are very pointy and one tail feather seems a bit longer than the rest. She started to exhibit some nesting behaviors today when I was cleaning the coop so I’m hoping that is evidence she is female. Her breed is supposedly a black copper maran but I’m not 100% sure about that. We already have one rooster, so I would have to rehome since it’s a small flock of 4

It looks like a pullet.

I was kind of thinking that, a more masculine one maybe.
But maybe he is slow to develop?

No I don’t think so. Just one longer feather
