Is Rosie molting or what?

One of our hens, Rosie, has had these spots on her for a couple months now. She is eating, drinking, laying, etc. I took these pics so you could see what I'm talking about. She has a couple of bare spots on her chest and right where her wings connect to the body. Other spots her feathers just look thinned out to me. Only thing I've noticed different about her is that she started sleeping in the nest box. I made something to cover the nest box so she cant get in there after dark. Now, sometimes she flies up to the roost with the others, but sometimes she'll sleep on the floor of the coop under the roost.

forgot to ask, but if she is molting how long does that normally last? Thanks!
