Is salted popcorn a bad idea for a treat?

I have a huge bag of kettle corn popcorn that is getting stale. Would it hurt the chickens??

The popcorn would be good. The salt is bad for them. Alot of peaple say chickens have no way of processing the salt out of there bodies.

concerns about excess salt is one of the reasons I do not give my birds tablescraps ... excess salt is TOXIC and will kill them quick (organ failure).

thanks about the salt thing i always wondered about that and never gave them many table scraps because of that.
