Is scaly leg mites treatable without foot soaks?

Sounds good. You need to withdraw between the two treatments and at least two weeks after, I believe. I did that last year after worming with Valbazen. I have 20+ layers and they were producing well. I discarded over 300 eggs! :th
Oh wow! I don't typically do egg withdrawals but ivermectin has me a little paranoid.

In the past some people have said that castor oil was less greasy and could be used less frequently for leg mites. Amazon Prime has quarts and gallons available in many different brands with free shipping:

I use pine shavings usually in my coop, but sand can also be good for coop bedding and in runs. Scoop with a cat litter scoop or use a broom and dust pan daily to keep cleaner.
