Is Scott Turf Builder safe?

We are new to this chicken thing and while designing the coop and run, my husband used this to level the run before I realized.

I don't see any specific issues but it does seem to have fertilizer pearls. We will add a little something on top of it, but do I have to worry? Should we completely dig it out or just go with it?

I would remove it myself as it has fertilizer in it, maybe you can reuse it to fill in any spots in the lawn. If you're looking for fill soil plain cheap top soil is the best option.
