Is she a Black Australorp...?

I have an 8 week old pullet named Rey that was sold as a Black Australorp. I hadn't questioned this until recently when someone's EE looked a lot like my Rey. She has always had puffy cheeks and while I'm trying to find pictures of other Black Australorp chicks, none seem to have the puffy cheeks. So, here I am hoping some of you could help me identifying for sure.

She definitely does not look like a black australorp.

I bought her from a local farmer feed store. I can see her being either or now that I'm looking at the black ameraucana
