Is she a he? Rooster or not

With that small of a picture, I cannot see the bird's tail. Judging by comb size and crest development,yes, it is a rooster. But I cannot be sure unless I can see the bird's tail.

You both can post photos at "what breed or gender is this." stating the age(in picture) can make a lot of difference.

Silkies are extremely difficult to sex before 4-5 mos. of age and sometimes not till they crow or lay eggs. I would like to see a photo of he/she face forward with the crest held back so you full comb is obvious.
