Is she a rooster?

I have 5 five-week old pullets. One of the ameraucana's is very assertive (she picks on one hen in particular) and protective of the flock (she gets *very* concerned if one of the other pullets goes astray). I'm wondering if she's actually a rooster? Any thoughts?

Would need to see pics. Keep in mind, in the absence of a cockerel/rooster in a flock, there's a top pullet/hen.

I probably won't be able to post a photo soon. But the assertive/aggressive (she's pulling feathers out now) behavior has been going on since about two weeks old.
