EEs are mixes, but generally speaking you can call it a breed itself.

oh okay.. so mixed with something and the Ameraucauna is the EE. I've learned so much already.. lol

that was my first guess actually, 'strictly an EE'- a huge majority of EE have a body type similar to hers.

her beard will stay pretty much as is. the one in linked picture was specifically bred to have huge beards. variable beard size is also a characterstic of EE.

she is a beautiful hen by the way. her coloring is not too common for an EE so she is special that way.
