Ayam Cemani are not a bantam breed, for starters. They are incredibly rare and are only available from a handful of breeders. If this bird is hatchery sourced, it is not Ayam Cemani. If you got it from a backyard flock source, then it's probably a Silkie mix. A black Silkie crossed with a non silkie feathered breed can result in a chick that has standard feathering that is black in color, and will have black skin.
