Is she black or blue?

I thought she was blue when I got her, then I thought she was black, now I'm not sure.

Wow, very interesting. Cuckoo cochin pullets were not one of the colors that were said to be offered in the cage she was in. It was black or blue along with others that were in the same cage, no cuckoo or barred.
