Is she egg bound?

I have a Buff Orpington that has been squatting for 2 1/2 weeks and stil no eggs . Is this normal.

How old is she and is her comb bright and red?

She is a pullet... Not sure of exact age... I adopted her.. Yes she has a bright red comb
