She's been sitting like this and she was throwing straw on herself. I really hope she's gonna go broody

I put some food right next to her in case she is broody
Broody hens will almost always leave their posts once or twice a day to eat, drink, poop, and dust bathe, plus they've stored up fat to live off of. If you're still having hot weather, available water might be more useful, depending on the air circulation where she is.

It's not too hot
Good. Keep an eye on her though. A broody hen's temperature rises from the hormonal storm. Even when it's not that hot outside, you might see her panting.

(I'm trying to imagine having a hot flash when wearing a head-to-toe feather suit, and it sounds pretty awful.)

You mentioned that you hope she's going broody - do you have fertilized eggs to set under her? And if so, are they from a hen (defined as one year old or older.) Pullet eggs are generally smaller than full-sized, and they rarely hatch successfully, because there's just not enough room for the chick to grow.
