Is She Moulting?

@BigBlueHen53 , I have an EE who is doing that now too. She's about 20 weeks old. Just little whitish fluff feathers sticking out, that eventually fall off, or we pull them off if we can get close enough, lol. (Not attached)

I got mine from Meyer's, is that where you got yours? Maybe they are related! Is this at all what molting looks like when it begins? I don't remember ever seeing this before, but I confess I'm paying much closer attention to my birds now that I have joined BYC.
