Is she my weakest link.. egg layer that is.. ??

I have 4 Buff Orpingtons. All but one has the prettiest red waddles and combs. And the 3 with the combs and waddles are laying eggs but her. All are 6 months old. She is also the oddest of the group. It's like she is in her own little world and not to mention the laziest. And she is not meant to be messed with if the other hens come near her when she eats. Pow! She'll jab the other hens with a nice bite.. (No worries if she never lays an egg, she's a keeper anyways)
Is it normal for BO to not have waddles and combs? Maybe she is just a late bloomer.. Your thoughts on this little girl?

I think she's just a late bloomer or your other pullets are early bloomers.
She'll catch up in time.

I have a gold Sexlink thats the same, all the others we got with her as day olds are laying and have there combs and wattles while she is still not quite there yet.
