Is she ok?

My Red Star pullet is one of the small percentages of them who stay white! Her face is very dirty and she has a little but of red neat her eyes! Just a lot of dirt on her face! Is this normal? Her comb has a little sorta dy scab piece on it as well? Idk it's little but just sorta dry and dark! Is that normal? Ahh! Sorry just worried! Thanks!
