Is she okay?

I have a 4 day old chick who sometimes breathes with her mouth open. She also has a head twitch occasionally. Is she okay? If not how can I help her?

She's probably fine but you can give her 400i.u vitamin E capsule and about a third of a B complex tablet every day for a few days or a few drops of nutridrench, twice a day.
The pills are sold at the grocery store.

Sounds Like she possibly aspirated some water. Be sure not to pick her up because sometimes accidentally squeezing a chick a little bit too tightly can make them swallow, liquid that's in their crop, wrong.
