Is she really a girl?

I don't know if I'm paranoid or what but I bought my silkie girl Thunder early last month.
Her wattles have gotten bigger, shes about 5 months. Am I just paranoid,just want to make sure shes a girl
How big can hens wattles get?

My non-bearded white slikie has very nice wattles, but she lays eggs, and keeps going broody.

I have 2 that are the same age as Thunder and they both dont have big-ish wattles.

Thunder is a pullet- my chickies are the same age and their wattles look just like her's.
