Is She RIR?

This is Ruby. She is about 3-4 weeks old. She is supposed to be a RIR. She is smaller so I’m curious to think maybe a bantam, different breed. Any thoughts!

Bantam RIR chicks tend to be much darker than large fowl RIR chicks, so I don't think that's what you have. She looks just like a regular RIR chick to me. Too early yet so say otherwise.
