Is she still sick?

Today is the fourth day my 3 month old chick has been on tetracycline. She has become more active and is eating and drinking normally now. But she is still sneezing constantly and has a clear watery like discharge from her nostrils. Should I keep her on the tetracycline or should I start her on something else?
