Is sickness or injury?

Hey everyone
My chicken has something going on on her upper wing and I don’t know if it’s sickness or could one of my new introduce chickens is bullying her. It started with a bump now it seems likes it’s drained but I’m wondering if she’s sick or injured. I know it hurts her to move it. Therefore I have to carry her in and out of her coop. Any suggestions on what it is and what should I do

Clean the wound and try to keep in as clean as possible for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully it will soon clear up.
