Is someone pecking her?

My favorite Buff chick has a little patch on the side of her (his?) face. Is this a skin issue or is someone pecking on it? They are two weeks old and all have blemish-free down on their heads still.

There was a day this week that some of their faces seemed wet (??!?!?) as they had knocked so many shavings into their water feeder the shavings got wet and then so did their faces. I know they’ll peck each other if wet (or read that somewhere)
