So one of our Easter egger chicks has been acting weird. I mean, screaming, running around, getting mad at everything, pecking walls, and he’s been collapsing every time he’s taking a break. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him or if it’s anything serious but I thought I should ask BYC. If you need a picture I can add one but he looks normal so I don’t think it will help.

Well I could but he looks normal and I can’t really post a video but when he collapses he gets tired then lays sideways on the ground for a few minutes and everyone watches him until he wakes up, and he’s not over heated because it’s been kind of cold recently

Why can you post a video? It doesn't really matter how cold it is outside, do you have a hot and cool side of the brooder? What are you using for heat? Can you post pictures of your whole brooder from above, what is your setup? What are you feeding and what bedding are you using? To post a video, you have to upload it to youtube, or another video platform, and post he link here. A video would be super helpful to figure out what exactly is going on! Good luck with your chick! I agree with everyone else, a video would help. It definitely sounds neurological to me. Has he suffered any head injuries?
