I'm new to raising. I'm on my second round of cornish rock and one in this batch has a lopsided crop. It's firm to the touch and just slightly bigger then the crops of the other 3. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Probably not. Some just pig out more than others. Those are usually the ones that grow bigger, in my limited experience.

If the crop goes down when the bird has not eaten for a while, then there is no problem. If it stays full when the bird has not eaten in hours, then I would worry.

You might be dealing with a bird with an impacted crop. Put that into the search and read up about it. Also sour crop. There are many threads discussing these subjects. BYC has a wealth of information on these subjects.
