Is Sylvie actually Sylvester?

Hello BYC! A few weeks ago I picked up some chicks at TSC. They were labeled copper maran pullets...but I have suspicions about one being a roo.

The one on the left is my question. Comb and wattle have more color than the others, and legs are definitely thicker.
I got them on April 23rd and they had some feathering on their wings at that time. So maybe coming up on 8 weeks old now?

Is there any chance this ISN'T a roo?

If it's around 8-10 weeks than it's a cockerel.

Yup, rooster. The legs are bigger and the comb and wattles are more developed which is a good sign of a roo.
