Doesn't really look like anything concerning. Could probably just brush it off.

I've never seen it. He already lives alone in our house. This has never happened before.

A chicken should never live alone, unless he is sick or needs special attention.
He also needs a good amount of sunshine, fresh air, and the outdoors altogether.
