Is the a white Leghorn and gender?

from this picture I do think that they may be broilers, where did you get them? Sorry for all the questions

My nieghbor took a 4h program class through dupage county IL and they gave her a batch of eggs to hatch 18 were white Leghorn then nine brown mutts eggs and the little brown one came from same program different batch of eggs tho but they are both the same age just the white ones are twice the size and weight

And there legs are super thick

They weigh 13.5 oz and my black chick is 15 oz
