Is the leg broken / dislocated? Or is it the hip?

A final update for anyone in the future, the test came back positive for Marek’s. It was through IDEXX and they test for disease specific antibodies. I called to double check this didnt mean she would ping positive due to her vaccination and they said it would only test positive if the disease was active in her bloodstream. Thank you to everyone that took the time to respond.
