Now you all will truely think I'm crazy, but it goes back to childhood. When I was just a wee little tike in Montesory school (we are talking 3-4 years old) and was told that eggs come from a chicken. I was grossed out that humans would eat anything that came out of another creature. Keep in mind my age here. I didn't eat eggs again after that. Flash forward to junior high when in biology we learned HOW a egg forms in the chicken and understanding at that age what a egg is for in nature I was even more grossed out! Flash forward again to 1999 when I was just enlisted in the Army and we are out in the field getting our breakfast served... I get up to the line and there is no more hashbrowns or sausage... just scrambled eggs. I think a part of me died that day. lol. I had to eat those eggs and I paid others for their tiny (if you ever been in the service you know what I mean) bottles of tobasco from their MRE's. (we all save them for those emergancies when you don't want to taste something) I was so hungery too.... I ate those nasty things... they were dripping with tobasco too. Now, I'm traumatized on top of it all.

So, now you add all that up and add it to the fact that I'm a hatch-a-holic... I don't want to eat eggs. YUCK! I don't get it. I will force myself if I have to... but trust me... I'm on the verge of losing it the whole time. It's a last resort... always. Well, not THE last... it's right before bugs, but it is after most everything else I can think of that people over the world eat.
