Is there a need for free range, organic chicken meat in the states?
Whats the best chicken for a small flock?

I think so as many of the people in this part of the forum do raise and sell. There are a lot of people that are concerned/opposed about factory farmed meat and eggs and do feel better about them self when getting chicken/eggs from smaller non factory sources.

I also see ad's on Craigslist all the time.

Organic can be difficult as there are very strict standards to be certified "Organic."

Don
