is there a non bantam version of silkies???

i was wondering if there are big versions of the silkie bantam. is there? or is there only a bantam version?

Depends on where you live. In the United States, there are only bantams. In many other parts of the world there are both bantams and large fowl silkies. Periodically I hear of people working on large fowl in the US, but I've never seen any except in photos. The one I did see on BYC a year or more ago was HUGE--a 10 lb. bird! Far larger than is recognized in other countries.
