That said, if I were you, I'd be closely considering the Australorps as keepers, looking for the best behaved roos out of that group. Probably the EE's too, just because I'm partial to the crazy colors.
Keep in mind that as you cull roos out, the pecking order changes, and the behavior of the remaining roo or roos will probably change also. Also, behavior changes as they mature more.
Good luck in finding the nicest, quietest rooster to keep out of the bunch. It's a tough decision!
