Is there a poultry show in NY tomorrow?

My friend just bought two turkeys from someone who said that he was going upstate in NY for a poultry show. I'm wondering if this is true, since I was told that this guy appeared to be less than honest? Anyone have any idea?

There has been a week long poultry show at the Franklin County Fair, tomorrow (sunday) at 10am is turkey calling. Maybe that's what he was talking about. Most of our poultry shows are at county fairs here in upstate NY.

By the by, where is Franklin County? I'm in Putnam County between Westchester and Dutchess Counties.

kees, I'm so sorry I didn't see your ? last night. To answer anyways, it's as far north in the state as you can go without leaving the state. I'm right between seeing as I'm in Montgomery county, just outside the capital. You probably would have needed to leave your place around 4am to have gotten there by 10am, so I don't feel quite as bad as I would have if it would have been a short trip for you lol.

The NY State fair in Syracuse hosts a poultry show. That starts on Aug 27th I believe. My daughter is showing during the 4H show on the 29th for the first time.
