Is there a problem with the incubator or the management?

Hey there chicken lovers,
I have been hatching chicks for a while now, mostly under broody hens, but about eight months ago I bought an incubator to expand a little. I've used it a couple times, but I've never even had a fourth of the amount of eggs I put in it hatch. Well now that isn't going to work.
It's a 48-egg capacity, fully automatic incubator that I got from PawMate. I know the eggs are fertile, since when I candle the eggs usually more than half of them have developing embryos. Also, my hatch rate under the broody hens is usually 6 out of 8.
The incubator manages all the heat and humidity by itself. I know there is a problem there, since the temperature is usually right the but the humidity is usually ALWAYS in the 70's. I can't bring it down, no matter what I try. Then, in the last three days of incubation, the humidity falls and rises from 45 right up to 75, constantly, and the temperature drops and rises nearly just as much. These are big problems? does anyone have experience manually manipulating these automatic incubators?
Thanks

Can you post a picture of your incubator? Do you have a calibrated thermometer and hydrometer in your incubator? You should have at least 2, I always have 3.

I can't follow the link, but I have a bad feeling that what you are using is referred to as a "China-bator," and they are absolute junk. While there are a couple Chinese incubators (like the MagicFly/Janoels) that can be reliable, the yellow-topped ones without a specific brand name just aren't going to work.

Oh dear. I'll see if I can take a screenshot of the web page and description and send it. I'll also send a photo of mine.

Here are the pics
