Is there a SAFE and cheap alternative to hardwire cloth?

If you are shopping at Lowes, Home Depot or Tractor Supply, you are going to pay throught the nose for your coop.

Find the local junkman. He probably lacks a lot in personality and hygiene, but he will have what you need at a very reasonable price. If not, he will know where to find it.

Used lumber is a lot cheaper than new stuff, and usually a lot straighter, but look out for nails and screws.

Chicken wire and hardware cloth never wear out. They just get thrown into the alley when the project is over.

Recycle! It is cheaper, and it is less money being shipped to China.
It is better to buy something used in the second hand store than to buy something new made in China.

I went on a coop tour yesterday in Portland and one of the coops had this sort of wavy wire on it. It looked like hardware cloth but the wire was wavy instead of straight. Anyone know what that's called? It sure seemed to be as sturdy as hardware cloth.
