Is there a such thing as feeding too much?

that makes sense because i purchased them at a farmers auction and for all i know they could have starved for several days before i got them. i got them saturday (2/26) evening.

You can also start raising meal worms, crickets, or Black Fly Larva to supplement bugs in the winter and summer.
Worms too, I think.
You can also crush up their egg shells and throw them back out, some bake them and some don't
but crush them good so they don't resemble an egg. You don't want to encourage fresh egg eating.

Today I took the girls down to the wood pile and pealed back bark for bugs, they were so happy.
It's been a long cold winter here in Western, PA.
