Is there a systemic treatment to kill fly-strike maggots?

Has anyone ever used Swat ointment on a chicken with fly strike? I like this idea.

Swat is nice for wounds on horses, but isn't meant for this chicken' deep wound, and has pyrethrins plus other ingredients. I wouldn't use it for this! Because of the other ingredients, and because it's meant for superficial wounds, not this deep infection.

Ivermectin in chickens has no safe withdrawal period unfortunately. :/

I never worry about withdrawal of eggs after ivermectin. Did you know that they use the same stuff in 3rd world countries on humans with parasite infestations? So, the tiny bit that would pass to me through an egg doesn't concern me in the least. Just my opinion.
