It's the end of day 15. Eggs were set for hatching, humidity is up, temps are good.

So, is there any way to candle those little suckers? At least the light colored ones? Some are so dark I'd not expect to see anything anyway...

Nope... you just have to sit on your hands and wait... sorry.

I candled my last batch. I kept the "empty" one just in case I was wrong-they never hatced. I could only really tell with the lighter ones. The dark ones I could see an air cell on at day 10 or so. Otherwise, I couldnt see any details on the embryo. They are so delicate though, you are better off waiting! I was candling others and was just curious so I checked a few of mine!

I could never see into mine... how do you do it??

Dang it - I figured that was the case, but waiting is SOOOOO hard!!

I really want these guys to hatch. They will be so cute down in the bottom of the parakeet aviary!

I had a temp spike and so of course I'm extra paranoid...
