i dont know what to do because he lost feathers and not regrown them

He might be molting, or another bird could have pecked out feathers. Sometimes they won’t grow back until the next big molt. He is beautiful.

he has been like this for months and hasn't lost or gained any since like a week after he lost the feathers
he is with a hen so i don't think she would have done it , i hope he gets it back when he molts because he will be a lot prettier with it
