So I want to know how much chickens can be in neighborhood and other pets too. And I live in Caldwell, Idaho and I need you guys to post a link in this thread to that page. Thanks for helping!

A little digging online produced this page of Caldwell animal Ordinances:

If you put "poultry" into the search bar on the upper right, you can see the information about keeping chickens in Caldwell.
