Is there any way to sort search answers?

Specifically, search by author? When I'm trying to find topics I had posted on, I often search by my user name. However, it appears that they are ordered by forum order, not most recent. Is there any way to change that?

By default the search results are sorted by the topic post date. You can change the settings of the search if you want. There are some options at the bottom of the search for "Select how to view search results".

Also, if you are simply looking for topics in which you have posted the best way to find this is by going to the forum index then clicking on "Show your posts" at the very bottom left of the index page.
