Is there any way to tell If my new Buff Operington chicks are NOT hens??

I dont want Roosters. Would anyone know how old they will be for me to tell?????

Sigh everyone has told me 5 weeks at the soonest to 10 weeks about. I am in the same boat as I have a questionable R.I.R. My B.O. all seem pretty hennish but I have a very suspicious R.I.R. darn it.
